Dear Weyauwega–Fremont Families,

I am honored to introduce myself, Stacey Wester, as the newly appointed Superintendent of the Weyauwega–Fremont School District. It is with great enthusiasm and deep respect for the community’s strong traditions that I take on this role. I look forward to serving alongside our dedicated students, staff, and families—and working collaboratively with you all to build on our district’s strengths.

Students are, and always will be, at the heart of everything we do. My philosophy is simple: every decision—whether about curricula, staffing, budgets, or programs—must prioritize the academic growth, emotional well-being, and safety of our learners. Whether your child thrives in the classroom, finds their passion through a club, or flourishes on the playing field, my goal is to collaboratively create an environment where every student feels supported and valued.

I believe true success unfolds when students, educators, parents, and community members collaborate toward a shared purpose. I’m eager to partner with our talented teachers and staff—listening, learning, and supporting them so they can bring out the best in our students. I also treasure the strong support from our families and neighbors. Your involvement in school events, volunteer efforts, and daily conversations enriches the educational journey and makes W‑F truly special.

Our commitment extends beyond academics. We all want our students to feel safe, respected, and emotionally supported. I’m devoted to fostering a school culture that encourages kindness, resilience, and respect.

Weyauwega–Fremont brings with it a tradition of excellence—rich traditions, spirited extracurriculars, community celebrations, and strong academic foundations. I am committed to honoring and preserving what makes W‑F unique: whether it’s the warmth of community gatherings, the excitement of game nights, or the pride we take in school events and academic achievements. At the same time, I’ll strive to explore new opportunities and innovations that build upon these time-honored strengths.

I firmly believe that transparent, honest communication and responsiveness are essential. As superintendent, I will keep you informed, openly discuss challenges, and celebrate milestones and successes. I value your perspectives and will create opportunities so that your input shapes our collective direction.
