The Staff at Weyauwega-Fremont Middle School invite parents, siblings, grandparents and friends to join us as we celebrate and honor Weyauwega-Fremont Middle School Students and the Class of 2017.

8th Grade Honor Students

Geography Bee

National Geographic Bees were held on January 3rd and 4th at Fremont Elementary School, Weyauwega Elementary School and Weyauwega Fremont Middle School. In competition at Weyauwega-Fremont Middle School, the Championship of the National Geographic Bee was captured by Jared Shilts. In second place was Camryn Hintz followed by Gus Mathwig in third. Other contestants at the middle school level were: Levi Erdmann, Austin Krause, McKena McClone, Cadyn Ehrenberg, Michael Hickey, Louis Knecht, and Levi Greening. Great job to all who participated. The respective Champions will take a written qualifying test for the state competition later this winter.

Exemplary Middle School Recognition

Weyauwega-Fremont Middle School again has been recognized as a Exemplary Middle School. Recognition has been established by scoring in the top ten percent of all middle schools in the state of Wisconsin based on math results from the WKCE assessments.

Statewide recognition will be released by the Department of Public Instruction in the near future. It is great to see the efforts of our W-F Team not go unnoticed. We all play a critical role in the success of every child. Recognition of the award will be highlighted at our October Board of Education meeting.
