In the 2011-2012, the school day was rescheduled to incorporate a homeroom period.  All students in grades 6-12 start their day with this 15 minute homeroom session.  During this homeroom time, students will be participating in different character and relationship building activities.  These students’ grades are also monitored by their homeroom teacher.  The relationships that are built during this time will help the students to succeed in their school career.

Many of the homerooms are participating in community volunteer activities.  These activities include picking up trash and collecting donations for the local food pantry.
