The following students were chosen by their teachers for the month of September
Kiley Stevenson was nominated by Mr. Sambs. Kiley is a very good leader in and out of the classroom. She works very hard in class and is always asking questions to expand her understanding of the subject.
Kiley is grateful to be nominated. She is considering being a musician or taking a job in the science field after high school.
Some of her favorite things are ice cream, the color teal, she likes singing, the book Divergent, and the movie The Enigma Code.
Kiley is the daughter of Kim & Mike Stevenson of Weyauwega
Cadyn Ehrenberg was nominated by Mr. Leigl. Cadyn is always striving to do her best. She is always using her time wisely and does not procrastinate. Her desire to better herself will make her successful at whatever she chooses and is a model for others to follow.
Cadyn feels very honored to have been nominated and is glad her hard work is being acknowledged.
Some of her favorite things are bacon cheese burgers, the color purple, playing softball, the movie Up, the book Percy Jackson The Olympians, and her favorite class is Chemistry.
Cayden is the daughter of Doug & Jenny Ehrenberg of Fremont
Taylor Brazil was nominated by Mr. Martin. Taylor has a constant smile, and good attitude in class even when material is difficult. He is also working hard on his assignments.
Taylor feels that being nominated means that things are going well and he is contributing in the class.
Some of Taylor's favorite things are pizza, hunting, the color blue, the Fast & Furious movies, the book Hatchet and his favorite class is math.
Taylor is the son of Carmella & James Brazil of Weyauwega
When your student has been hired by a company and they are not 18 years old they are required by the State of Wisconsin to have a work permit, we do submit work permits with the state here at the High School office. The items needed to have a work permit processed are
Letter from the employer with their intent to hire, their company name, address and telephone number and an explanation of the work the student will be doing for them.
Letter from the parent/guardian that they know their student has been hired and they give them permission to work.
One of the following Driver’s license, Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Passport, Wisconsin ID card.
Social Security Card, if you have no card a letter from Social Security Office must be obtained.
$10.00 permit fee *NOTE: The $10.00 fee is reimbursed to the minor by the employer by the first paycheck.
During the school year students may bring in their information in the morning for a work permit and then be able to pick it up before leaving school that day.
During the summer work permits will be processed Monday thru Thursday during the hours 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
