1. The Computer lab is closed 2nd, 3rd, 7th and 8th hours today.
2. The Varsity Softball team defeated Montello last night by a score of 11-1. Leading hitters were Karissa Akey who went 3 for 3 with a triple and 5 RBI’s, Macey Schoenick was 2 for 3 with a double and 2 RBI’s, Anna Forslin was 2 for 3 with a RBI, and Kori Looker who was 2 for 3. Kelsey Akey pitched 5 innings gave up 1 unearned run on 1 hit, walked 1 batter, and struck out 2. The girls played great defense and batted .481 as a team. The Indians will now play Pacelli Thursday in the regional championship game at home. 4:30 start time.
3. Anybody that wants to go to the sectional track meet this Thursday needs to sign up with Mr. Winn by today, there is just one bus and not many extra seats. All track and field members who aren't running this Thursday, bring in your jersies and shorts to Mr. Winn ASAP. You will be sent a bill for them this summer if they are not turned in by next week. Boys who haven't received their CWC championship shirt should find Mr. Winn to get one. And, the track and field year-end pot luck banquet will be next Tuesday night at 6:30 PM. Find out what you're supposed to bring from Mr. Winn ASAP.
4. FFA sweatshirts are in!
5. There will be a football meeting next Tuesday during homeroom to hand out all summer info.
6. There are only 6 yearbooks. You may purchase them from Mrs. Cartwright for $57. Once they are gone, there are no more books! All other yearbooks must be paid in full before they are picked up. There is a list outside of Mrs. Cartwright's door, if you are not sure if your book is paid for!
7. Guidance Announcements:
1) Scheduling!!!! All current 9th, 10th, and 11th graders--Mrs. Miller will be calling any students with conflicts that will not allow for the minimum amount of credits necessary for next year beginning May 14th...Thank you for being patient with this process...If you have already requested something, please look in skyward for your current schedule, as most of the problems have been resolved!!!
