Teal Tomaszewski has been chosen as Student of the Week by Mrs. Dykes.
Teal is a very hard working, dedicated, and responsible person.
She always gives 100% effort, is willing to help others and always has a smile
on her face. Teal is the daughter of Richard and Rena Tomaszewski
1. The Computer lab is closed during 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th and 8th hours today.
2. FCCLA will be having a bake sale today, please remember to bring your change to buy a treat!!
3. There will be a Girls Basketball meeting during homeroom today in the auditorium for all girls interested in playing in the fall.
4. Luke Radtke please see Mrs. Ponto during homeroom.
5. Any track members that signed up to help with the elementary school track meet be on the track ready to go before noon. Get name tags from Mr. Winn this morning.
6. Just a reminder to all HS students helping with 6th grade water testing: You should be arriving in the MS IMC before 11:00. You will be eating lunch with the 6th grader 5B in MS. Make sure you bring sun screen and appropriate shoes!! Thanks for helping out.
7. There will be a Cross Country meeting during 4th hour today in Coach Winn’s room for all students interested in being on the cross country team in the fall.
8. NHS members remember that our Spring volunteer project is this Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. We will be helping clear parts of the backyard for the new disc golf course. Please wear clothes for manual labor, gloves are a good idea. Remember this is a mandatory event for NHS.
9. Any student wishing to run for an officer position for next year’s Spanish Club needs to sign up on Mr. Ahern’s door by the end of school Monday May 21st.
10. Kiss a Senior Good-bye!!! FCCLA will be creating gift bags for our Seniors. For $5 you may purchase a bag for your favorite senior. Celebrate the accomplishments with a bag of Hershey Kisses and a personal message that will be delivered on June 1st. Forms are at the office window or see Mrs. Hunkins for more information.
11. All girls that are going to be playing volleyball at the high school level need to remember to sign up for Players Choice volleyball league. The sign up sheet is on Coach T's office door. If there are not enough for JV, we will move incoming freshman up to play the JV league. Deadline is Monday, May 21.
12. High school girls that are going out for volleyball next fall should check out the posters that are hanging on the wall in the MS near Mrs. Hughes' office and in the HS on the study hall windows. All contain information for camps this summer.
13. Wrestlers who would like to purchase a wrestling season plaque should see Coach Potratz ASAP. Cost is $30.00
14. The JV Baseball team hosts the Rosholt Hornets at a 4:30 game today.
