UW-Extension is happy to announce its winter and spring Got Dirt? training schedule. Got Dirt? is a statewide program that trains teachers and childcare providers to start and maintain a school garden. Gardens increase children’s knowledge and consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables and provide creative additions to the regular curriculum. Plus, it’s a lot easier than you think!
The FREE training sessions cover basic gardening techniques, including winter gardening methods, and funding opportunities.
