October Updates

Construction updates and pictures from the Weyauwega-Fremont High School additions and renovation project. Picture updates were taken on September 27, 2017.

  • Corner footings are taking shape to support the construction of the new multipurpose gymnasium.

  • Continued backfilling, insulation wrap and compacting on the west end of the STEAM wing.

  • Footings and sub wall construction is nearly complete on the STEAM wing.

  • Mortar mixers and masonry materials prepped for the construction on the south STEAM wing wall.

  • Sub wall on south STEAM wing prepared for masonry block construction.

  • Foundation framing to support the creation of an exit on the STEAM wing.

  • Redesigned and equipped high school mechanical room near completion. Initial startup will take place October 3rd.

  • Miron tower crane patiently waits to set precast walls and ironwork. Precast wall sets will begin the week of October 2nd on the STEAM wing

During the various phases of the building construction the District will actively communicate with our school community regarding changing conditions and facility accessibility.  Please note that during the anticipated construction phases the District will work tirelessly to ensure student and school community safety. As a District we appreciate your patience and understanding during changing building conditions.
